Up for sale is a new in the original box Rochester Carburetor that fits 1950 thru 1952 Chevrolet Power Glide cars with the 235 engine. Why would you mess around trying to get a sixty plus year old carburetor to work when you know the throttle shaft is sucking air and your car is never going to idle properly. Then there is the issue of the leaking float and the gaskets that are all dried out and leaking.
So just turn back the clock, and buy yourself a brand new carburetor that doesn't leak, doesn't suck air thru the throttle shaft and get on down the road! You are not getting any younger and neither is your old Chevrolet!
The price of this factory new in the box carburetor, complete with instructions is selling for the honest sum of $319.38. That is the exact same price as it cost at the parts counter in 1950 adjusted for inflation. So even if you are slow at math that is a good deal. You are buying it for exactly what it cost in 1950.
